Good evening, readers!
Tonight's stats are as follows:
No inches lost (boo)
0.2 Lbs lost.
Okay so not my best week ever. It could be worse, I mean at least I didn't gain weight, right?
Here's what I've learned this week:
I can't come home and play video games all night, even when I am adhering closely to my diet.
Occasional "cheats" are allowed, but maybe not every day.
It's okay, though. I've started a new exercise regime today because my Cize DVD's came in the mail! I forced Bill to get up at 8 on a Saturday so he could do dancing exercise with me. So far I totally love it! The dances are fun and pretty easy to learn, and I totally worked up a sweat. Because I forced him to get up early, Bill payed me back by taking this super-flattering picture of me dancing:
But hey, proves I was doing something!
This afternoon I decided to take a walk over to Bill's mom's house while Bill was there doing his taxes on her TurboTax.
I really thought that she lived closer to us, but it turns out she actually lives 8 miles away. So now I am super sore, specifically on the soles of my feet and my hip joints. At least it was a nice day for it!
Food was good today. I accidentally skipped lunch, so it looks like I didn't eat much. I'm full now though!
Breakfast:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt: 65 calories
1/2 cup frozen berries: 60 calories
Snack:
Special K bar: 90 calories
Dinner:
Veggie Delite sandwich from Subway: 460 calories
2 oz colby cheese: 200 calories
I also drank about 65 oz of water, so that's a plus.
In the wedding realm, I read a list in the back of a "The Knot" magazine of all the things you have to do before your wedding and a timetable by which to do them. For most people this would be a nice way to keep organized. For me it was just an overwhelming list of a bunch of things I never even thought about. The only positive was that a lot of items said "have your bridesmaids do this...". You lucky ducks.
Until tomorrow, readers.
Kayti
