So Much Has Been Accomplished!

Good evening readers!

It's been a pretty eventful week in wedding-planning land.

We've set the date, put a down payment on the venue, and now we've put a deposit on the church! We will be getting married (officially!) at Woodbury United Methodist Church. And this Saturday I am attending my first meeting to become an official member. How exciting!

Diet-land is not going quite as well. After yesterday's accidental 8 mile hike, along with my first attempt at Cize, I am really sore. And it's not my feet or my legs that are sore, it's my back. I can't figure out how my back is this sore just from walking. Maybe it was the dancing?

Anyway, world's best fiancé set up a little relaxation station for me this evening.


He got the foot bath going, and there's a heat pack on my back (although you can't see it in the photo) and I've got some dark chocolate Weight Watchers ice cream. I am currently still in the position you see in the photo as I type this, and I can tell you I pretty much never want to move again.

Because of the soreness I wasn't able to do as much exercising as I wanted today. I did do 25 minute of Cize (the routine I learned yesterday) and worked up a good sweat, but my sore back wouldn't let me continue. 

Food was pretty good though.

Breakfast: 
Two eggs, sunny side up (my favorite!)
One slice whole wheat toast
Fresh fruit bowl

Lunch:
Movie theater popcorn!

Dinner: 
Chicken stir fry with 1/2 cup white rice

Dessert: 
Obviously that ice cream bar in the photo!

Side note: We saw DeadPool this afternoon. I thought it was hilarious, Bill not so much. Do not watch if you are easily offended I suppose.

Well that's all for now, readers. I am off to watch the SERIES finale of Downton Abbey and most likely cry my eyes out. We shall discuss tomorrow.
