Let's be Fitbit friends!

Good evening readers!

Another day, another dollar. Pretty typical day in the Flemerson household, if I do say so.

Food intake was pretty standard today.

Breakfast:
Raisin bran with skim milk

Snack: orange

Lunch:
Turkey and cheese sandwich
yogurt
Fruit cup

Snack: Special K bar

Dinner:
2 oz colby cheese
Raisin bran with skim milk

Dessert:
Sugar-free chocolate pudding (2 cups)

I also drank 84 oz of water. 

I don't know why I was totally into the raisin bran today. I don't even like raisins. No joke.

I also took 11,000 steps and burned 2,750 calories. So I should definitely have a calorie deficit today!

It seems to me that the Fitbit has been one of my best motivators for staying active. For some reason I feel obligated to reach my step goal and see those lights flashing before I go to bed every night. Right now I'm always trying to get to 10,00 steps, even though my step goal is actually 12,000. I raised it over the summer when I would walk to work and never changed it back.

Speaking of summer - I cannot wait until it's warm and I can do more walking outside. We're getting there!

Also, I got all my items for my "bridesmaids proposals" today. I'm pretty excited about it! There will definitely be pictures posted when all that goes down.
